The Support Plan must be purchased annually to continue receiving tech support and FieldRecon updates. The annual renewal date is July 1.

COST
- The cost of the Support Plan is determined on the date of the annual renewal, which is July 1 of each year.
- The Support Plan covers all licenses; the cost is calculated based on the total number of licenses that are owned by you or your company on the renewal date.
- The following table is used to determine the total cost of the Support Plan for one year.
